The flight was slightly delayed because of change of plane but informed beforehand. Flight was very good and comfortable

Superb like always. On time and quite comfortable. Only thing is that the arrival movement was by bus.

We were boarded by bus. That was a bit of pain.

Food and entertainment was very very bad. Also, Doha airport is very bad. Entertainment was same for last 1 month....no change. Old movies. Food quality was sub par.

The overall experience for the price we paid was mediocre. Nothing outstanding! Check in process was standard. Flight attendants could have been more well mannered. I found it rude when the attendant nudged me with the snack box to grab my attention when not looking. She could have said ,’excuse me’ instead. My son’s in flight entertainment was not working. The food was not great either. The snack options were not so great with kids in mind. Overall, might not travel qatar again.

I encountered challenges with the boarding staff during the boarding pass issuance process, leading to disagreements. Despite my agent's information that carrying a small cabin bag along with a separate bag containing my laptop and purse was permitted, the boarding staff did not allow it.

In spite of placing requests for vegetarian food, I didn’t get it because they ran out of stock. According to crew, only fixed number of vegetarian orders will be carried. Typically, they should have checked and served those who had specifically requested. I was one of those to get the food last.

Qatar Airlines code share with Indigo has been a terrible experience for me on these notes: 1. Indigo changed by flight without informing me of the change, they did not ask me if I am okay with the change. I discovered this change when I was trying to do online check-in through the Qatar mobile app. When I called Qatar customer support, they mentioned Indigo changed my flight due to the original flight being cancelled, but the fact is that flight was scheduled and departed correctly, it was never cancelled. 2. When asked why my flight was changed without informing me, they mentioned that they sent email/phone call to my travel agent, and it is was my travel agent that did not inform me, which again was another false statement. 3. I called Qatar Airlines (third call on the day of my trip) to request them to put me back on the same flight, they mentioned that they could for an extra $2500, as the original class I was booked on was not available, we are still talking economy only not business class, I said no way. 4. I called the travel agent, and they mentioned that they will work with Indigo and asked me to be prepared to travel on the later flight I was bumped to. While I was making my hotel/taxi arrangements for the new flight, I got a call and email saying they were able to get me on the original flight with no extra cost. So, after 2+ hours of talking to customer support, and a lot of stress on my last day of vacation, I flew back as originally scheduled, but this nightmare is just a horrible experience that I will never fly on Indigo/Qatar again. This was a really enjoyable flight. Even though I was in economy, I had a great deal of leg space, I had a nice meal, and the flight staff was helpful and friendly. A really great flight.

This booking was as a result of stolen identity and hacking my debit account. I reported it to my bank. The thief tried to book two flights, maybe more. Hopefully, Kayak will be able to block fraudulent bookings and charges better in the future.

I wonder why checking carry on bags while the checking process was done by Moroccan security. Is it question of trust or Morocco security system is not qualified enough?

Thw pla e was freezing by dar the cildest flight i’ve been on. The seats are comfortable the leg room is spacious and the seat is in leather very confy. Unfortunately old plane so no plugs the entertainment is limited the inflight internet is very expensive 20$ per hour for 50mb on a 17h you will take 2 times to contact your family and work. At this cost it goes very quick very high. The food is very mediocre A breakfast tastless A snack A meal super spicy A lot of improvement are to be made

The seats’ reclined like premium economy seats, ie, not much.. but leg space was a lot l, so it did not feel cramped. Crew was very friendly and helpful.

It’s like two different companies managing fligh from DC and totally horrible company between Jeddah and Cairo

Route from DC was ok nothing special or bad From Jeddah to cairo horrible First flight got delayed by 3 hours no explanation so what ever Arrived in cairo to find lock on my bag Saudia crew in cairo didn’t know who did could not open had to break my bag zipper to open my luggage

Good variety could have been better; crew not as friendly

my screen did not work properly. I couldn't watch any movies nor the flight information. I can see the flight info on the remote only. the toilet is very small and tight actually it is the smallest toilet I've ever seen in a business class. ( I'm not a big body person) in Jeda airport the first bus broke down so we transferred to a second bus and it took a long time to move. the seat spacing was good in 2 by 2 configuration. the food and the service was OK for a short flight.

My baggage was not with the same flight I travelled

The menu options in business class were few and the crew kept running out of the desired options! So what seemed like 4 options for meals turned out to be just one option! The entertainment system had very few movie selections for Hollywood and Bollywood movies. The audio in the headphones was poor as it was difficult to follow the dialogues; my fellow travelers had similar complaints.

1st time with. Etihad Airways and it was amazing from check in to crew. Great flight.

It has been a couple of years since I flew with Etihad last, after having a unpleasant experience with them coming out of the pandemic. I can say that the experience has uplifted, but I can’t really rate the service. At Barcelona airport the service was great, with their dedicated Etihad staff very helpful. The onboard experience wasn’t great, not very personalised and it really makes sense why Etihad doesn’t feature in the top 10 2023 Skytrax awards. The crew just seemed to be inattentive and almost absent from the cabin. I felt that I had to keep getting their attention. Even after I’d finished my meal, an hour went by before I had to call them to clear the tray/plate etc.

Crew were very polite and quicker in service. Excellent cooling, comfortable seats and tasty food served

Crew member took too long time to take back leftover food plates from passenger seats. Food was nice.Easy excellent checking.Guy at checking counter was really kind and helpful.Made our checking very quickly. Leftover food should be taken back ASAP. Because in economy class passanger have narrow space . In the long journey like this, passanger have difficulties to sit with the plates.overall experience was good.
