the staff at the Luton Airport office were friendly and helpful.Cons:
The car which I was supposed to rent was not available and I was provided with options which I was told were upgrades. However, the car that was provided me was definitely a downgrade from the car I was supposed to rent. It was the cheapest, most underpowered Skoda I have ever had the displeasure of driving, compared to the Peugeot 308 I was supposed to rent. It was fine for a day, but will not be renting from SixT again this bait and switch.2.0 Poor

The ease from we arrived in Luton to collection of car and quick return everything was very smooth.Staff were friendly and helpful.Cons:
Car had a stale smoke smell which did not leave it all weekend. car was a Vauxhall Mokka classed as an SUV but was quite small for 5 of us and not very comfortable.6.4 Okay
