The representative that took us to a different location to pick up an automatic vehicle went above and beyond! Since I never drove on the other side of the road before, he went over everything in detail of what I might expect while driving. He made this a wonderful experience and there were no problems at all! Huge shout out to him!!

Hi I did like no think the branch in Brighton with sheet manager name woman Kid is is very bad I rent van and for Litl scratch I charge me 1000£ Yes the true really this people I work in Brighton is very bad I don't have idea how is to work never again fuckin enterprise company I take the 1000£ from my credit card better to have my children never again will recommended to friends never again is bad illegal to take money from people and did give receipt no think is fuckin staf in Brighton .before rent van I have rent car end one woman there in branch enterprise Brighton in New England road I asking me the car work with diesel but the car work with benzine the woman in branch New England road work with mini like sexi is fuckin sheets with the fake smile to try sale to top the people to take money never again never this branch in New England road is very bad no service only want take money from people this manager miss Lidia is bad woman don't trust to send email this is Fraud and alle the company is Fraud company to never again just to now enterprise in New England road fuckin bullshit stag never again never in enterprise in Brighton in

Pickup and Drop off was quite simple and easy. Great new car that was very clean.

Cons:

Branch was difficult to reach (phone number on website was wrong). We had an issue with one of the car seats which required us to return to the branch.

I didn’t see a Europcar representative at the airport so I called the office and he tells me there are no reservations and no cars available. I say that I have a confirmation number and he just blows me off and not interested in helping me at all.

The pick up method in Florence is horrible, I also asked the drop off to be in Rome and I didn’t notice they put Genoa so I had to pay an extra $100 in fee for when I dropped it off to the location I had originally asked for.

They did not have the SUV I reserved, and insisted I take a pick up truck or a mid-sized sedan! THey took no responsiblity for this error... Also, the deposit for self CDW insurance (over US20K in deposit) was just too unreasonable. Staff not friendly.

Incorrect pickup location address provided and when calling them they were very rude and kept hanging up the phone before being able to ask them any questions. Had to call 4 times to be able to get the right pickup address.

I arrived, and they had the wrong car. They had an SUV-type 7-seater, but I booked a people carrier van. They didn't have any available, so I had to wait 90 minutes with 3 children for the car to be ready. They claimed the issue with the booking was with Kayak/Expedia, and they made me pay the difference in upgrading the car. I showed them the booking confirmation and the picture of the van/people carrier with 9 seats, but they still made me pay. I was so tired and knew I needed the van that I had to pay to get out of the place. The manager was helpful, and the people were lovely. But I find all car rental places to be borderline crooks. This just confirmed it again for me. There are ridiculous add-ons for mileage, car seats for kids (a legal requirement), insurance, and excess. The list goes on.

Predatory practices around car damage, and didn't accept the 3rd party insurance coverage that I had purchased. At the point of pickup I then needed to provide additional coverage through my credit card. Poor communication and customer service throughout.

We are LA locals and tried to rent a car for the day from the Ace by LAX. We were attracted by the competitive rates, but once we arrived to the rental place it was a nightmare. First, no real person wanted to acknowledge us or help when we asked for assistance. Instead we could only speak to an associate who was video chatting on an iPad in the store. Second, absolutely none of the cars that were listed online were accurate. We reserved a large van which was listed on the site and specifically chose Ace over other companies because they listed it as available and offered the best price. But the closest vehicle they had available was a mid size SUV. Not at all what we wanted or needed. Lastly, the customer service was really sub par. Everyone acted like we were an inconvenience and wasting their time as we were trying to make the transaction. Also, another annoy aspect was that they required a lot to rent from them, including utility bills and $1000 deposit. It seemed excessive and they wouldn’t accept a bill listed in my husband’s name even though it’s our household bill. Just too many hoops to jump through for very poor service and not finding the vehicle you need wanted in the first place. Their ads are pure clickbait. 👎🏻👎🏻

Car was very comfortable, clean , more than enough power, pick up was sooo easy, drop off a little disappointing as there were no persons on the counter and we really wanted to know about the deposit return. In the end we had to drop the key and run for our boarding, but was sorted very easy next day by phone call.

There was an extremely long line and it took us over two hours to pick up the car. Used electric car with a terrible app to find charging stations. Got lucky to turn the car in with miles left.

Drivalia offers cars with letter "e" in description. You don't know-it is full electric. To me it is economy. In Italy the infrastructure for electric cars is poor. Also,Drivalia uses Chinese MG small suv hybrid. This is really weird hybrid you don't want to drive. Eats lot of gas and you have to change this hybrid like full electric car. Milano int. Airport does not have good signs to get to rent garage to drop your car.

Picked up the car and it was filthy. Clearly hadn’t been cleaned since being used before. Key intermittently stopped working and were locked out of the car, when trying to open it manually, car alarm would repeatedly go off. Car was not maintained well.

We liked the good value for money, and the car itself was just what we wanted and had no issues. It was not completely clean though when we received it, nor did it come full of fuel- under half a tank. The pick up and collection from the car park was fine and very quick. It was the wait time at the drivalia desk to sign the contract and pay the deposit which took too long. We joined the queue at 10:30am and we’re not at the front until 12:00pm. We were not in a rush but other customers were as they had plans or connections to make.
