It was ok, not as good as it used to be. The Heathrow connection was a disaster - complete anarchy, unknowledgable and skimpy assistance and signage. Gate crew at next flight was great, held the flight while my wife struggled through security.

Lost our bags in Heathrow, We didn’t receive bags in Mallorca for 3 days, out of a 7 day cycling vacation. Really inconvenient and disappointing!
All was good. The headphones they supply are of poor quality. The food is good but too much dairy.
There was a medical emergency and required extensive wait for offloading after a long flight. Curious to see if there are other ways that it could have been more effective.
Seat layout, flight/club attendant service, food variety and quality could have been better. Business class Standard is visibly low compared with 6 other airlines that we have traveled for the past two years.
Economy seating has been dumbed diwn so far that it is uncomfortable for an average adult. Too small, too cramped, no room to move, and hard as a rock.
American was good / British Airways partner was not as good…
The aircraft was Airbus with plenty of space for carry on bags
Due to air traffic control, although we boarded the aircraft early, take off was delayed for nearly 50 minutes. This meant we arrived in Lyon late … and the baggage took over 30 minutes to be offloaded … not the best experience.
I had to give up this flight because my flight to Budapest was delayed and then my luggage was delayed by 24 hours. I tried to reschedule my return to a later date and BA wanted to charge me $500 so I booked a flight on Wizz Air and it was seamless. I am never flying on BA ever again.
