Food was bland..... Boarding priority mess with being bussed to plane. Newark baggage took 45 minutes to hit the belt.
Plane was late and they forced us to take the stairs (no elevator available) to catch the bus to the plane. My wife was carrying a baby and fell. Terrible experience and terrible air line. Constantly late and conditions seem to be getting worse every time I have to use them.
Flight to Lisbon from DC was great. Was surprised to get dinner in middle of night. Hardy breakfast may have been better. No real complaints. Snack in morning was good and real coffee was a real benefit
If you miss any flight in a Multi-City flight plan with TAP, all remaining flights will be automatically terminated immediately. Their support line is no help at all, and you'll be stuck paying again for another flight.
the cancellation of my earlier flight caused me to miss this connection as well.

As far as I could tell, there was no food service(!) on this flight. Like the attendants were on strike? No entertainment or wifi. Like, I didn't even know where we were unless I looked out the window and tried to recognize landmarks. Never had such a flight. I think you would have had to pay for water but they never offered that service.
Our flight was delayed an hour and take-off was also delayed. Then our luggage was misplaced upon arrival causing a lot of stress snd more delays. We arrived at the hotel almost 5 hours later than anticipated and had to cancel our plans for the day. Overall a very bad experience. We will not travel with Portugalia in the future.
Spacious (space to extend your legs and not feel crammed) and good entertainment and decent food!

I travel on a monthly basis and I’m not a stranger to budget airlines. I never complain about anything, it just about adjusting you expectations to what you paid for and you will get, but these flights (2) with Air Europa Miami - Madrid - Athens were a terrible experience. Both flights had a significant delays and multiple gate changes. At the checking they used a hand scale to weight your carry in, it cannot be more than 10 kg , even it fit on size.Luckily mine was ok . The food was inedible. The staff service was ok, but you can totally tell they do not care about much and show little customer service culture. I think this was my last trip on Air Europa. Actually the price was almost the same than other major airlines, I just took this one because I needed to depart late at night.
Probably will never use this air line again. Rude miserable staff. Uncomfortable seats.
Well, I'm not too happy with the service a flight for 9 hours with only a cup of water or wine. Food only service you one-time I bind flights many different airlines and they make sure that you feel comfortable with the food and drink
i paid accidently for a second bag instead of a golf bag (Eur 40 instead of 50) they would give me credit when i tried to change the second bag from a regular suitcase to a golfbag. The comment was "you made a mistake, your problem"
It was NO entertainment, the screens were not working for anyone. The food was bad in taste, my chicken was hard. The seat in my case didn’t recline. A long and endless flight
Very BAD crew service They ignore at all any call for service . Very rude from the check in process to all the tripularion members in the fight .
Extremely efficient and incredibly friendly staff. Very organized to board and to de-plane. They were all very attentive during the flight.
Food and entertainment non existent as we were only in the air 25 mins so totally understandable
Everything was excellent except I could not check in online. The app kept denying me. So I checked in at the airport and the person was super polite and helpful. Very nice all around.
It was a great experience. I did find that some menu options were not available, which was a bit surprising, but over all a wonderful experience.
I wasn't able to request a special meal on the on line check in. I informed the cabin crew and they went out of their way to find foods I could eat. I am very grateful.
All went well- allow plenty of time at Heathrow, we felt like we got bused halfway to chicago when it was time to board, then had to carry baggage up steps outside. A bit of work for anyone who is less mobile or able bodied for sure.
It was a pathetic experience. Booked Hindu vegetarian meal and they served chicken. Inspite of telling them repeated times, the issue was not resolved.
I never was able to take this cancelled flight…all flights from Zagreb were cancelled at 3:30 AM of departure day 9/8!
Friendly crew members. Food was so-so, below average. However, ice cream add a little touch and made a difference.
Overall American Airlines are good. For a long haul flight I would have appreciated if they had offered water durning the flight, as they don't provide individual water bottles. I applaud their recycling efforts onboard.
Experience was probably the best I’ve had on BA for a long time. Only thing is A380 is old now and it needs upgrading. The en re attainment screens are very small and the touchscreen barely works.
