I did not like anything, first time I use company and for sure it will be the last time, they charge for simple operations that any other average airline wouldn't charge.

GOL made the flight experience a true delight. Everything was smooth, from the check in process, to the disembarking moment.

Avianca flights to Galapagos and back and well organized and on time.

There was no bag included in the reservation. The price was double. Not properly advertised

There was no food or drink service, couldn’t even get a glass of water for free. It was a long and expensive flight to not offer food or beverage on the plane.

They could offer food and drink without having to pay extra for it,

Avianca: you pay for a high-end flight and you fly like a low (very low) cost!

Avianca was organized in boarding and disembarking and all announcements were made in both Spanish and English 👍🏼

It was horrible, our flight back was overbooked and had to take a flight 12hours later in the day but to LAX. Volaris is horrible.

When you make the 3 Lines to board de airplane , I believe that you should make only one line first and then call the next and then last ,,, because the number 3 wait to long just standing there ,, my opinion !!!

The whole experience was good. We left a little late but that seems pretty normal we it’s anybairline these days. No free snacks or drinks provided.

Delayed 2 hours. Boarding line took more than 30 minutes. Flight was really hot and made sleeping on a red eye impossible. Not a pleasant experience.
