The woman at Marrakech pick up location was nice, professional, and clear. The man at Tangier drop off location was nice, professional and clear but he charged us for cleaning the vehicle which should have been included in price.

At was clean. Low tire light came on within 2 minutes of office to return. Tried to charge me 15€ for “tire repair”. I said no way and they waived it.

Great experience. The only recommendation: I received a bridge toll fine of 22.00 pounds. My fault. Europcar charged 40.00 pounds to notify me by email. That seems excessive to me.

car Was better than I expected

Cons:

1) Alamo found one of the types to have a chip out of it so keep our GBP 300 deposit. Absolutely certain it was not us who did that ( we only did 60 miles and the car was left in secure parking over night). ......double and triple check before you hire! Video your car,
