Staff were extremely friendly and efficient and the car I was given was above and beyond what I was expecting

They did add insurance despite I asked them not to add, then make you sign the contract without letting you see the details. Some sort of scam, which I am surprised I am not the first one according to several reviews

Green Motion’s office was closed at 6 PM when I went to pick up the car. No other customer service was available. I ended up getting another rental from other company. Worst service. Will never recommend.
