Antigua is one half of the Antigua and Barbuda twin island pairing, one of the Leeward Islands in the Caribbean region. It is also known as Wadadli but Antigua is its most common name. The island is home to impressive palm tree filled golden beaches with crystal clear seas. Antigua is generally a low lying island with one peak of 402 metres, Mount Obama, which is a remnant of a volcanic crater. If you are interested in geology, Devil's Bridge is a limestone formation of arches and Hell's Gate is an interesting place to climb and swim.
