On the Boeing 777-300 aircraft there is no personalized climate control for passengers. Every time I've ever flown on this type of airplane I've been uncomfortably warm. For shorter flights (less than 5 hours) this isn't a big deal, but on longer flights where a nap is required to stay comfortable it turns into a nightmare. I love turkish airlines, but I really fo hope they upgrade their fleet. I've flown turkish air once on a newer model and had a fantastic time, so I think its the plane more than the airline.

The 2 agents on the check in counter were super nice , helpful and very polite. Boarding was like a 1 2 3, I would recommend Turkish airlines for your next trip.

Working stuffs in flight are very welcoming, but boarding stuffs are the Ghana airport don't know their job.

Boarding was much delayed, and there was no explanation ( obviously they were waiting for something or someone. ) Passengers were all crowded at the gate with anxiety. On the plane, the crew worked very hard on checking for safety and serving delicious food. They were polite and courteous.

The check in process at Istanbul airport caused my family a great deal of stress and disappointment due to the following factors: 1) WE HAD TO PAY US$330 for check on bags, despite holding Economy tickets that Turkish airlines website clearly states that flights from Istanbul to Miami had a 2 checked bags allowance. 2) Airport staff not only lacked empathy for senior travelers (75 yrs old and 71 yrs old), but were also rude as well. The supervisor at check it offered "if you don't pay for the bags, you can just remain and sleep at the airport for however long you wish. What a terrible way to treat customers !!! 3) We were bumped from agent to agent to agent FIVE times, showing everyone the communication we received telling us we had the 2 bags entitlement. Two elderly people lugging 4 suitcase around and around the Turkish terminal. Again, what a sad way to treat customers !!! 4) We need a case opened to get a refund for the amount we paid. Something is amiss, screams unethical, and sounds unscrupulous......At First , we were told we must pay for 4 bags. All of a sudden, it became 2 bags, and finally all 4 bags were checked on with payments demanded for 2. Why did it vary from agent to agent???? 5) OVERALL, A TERRIBLE AND SUSPICIOUSLLY UNSCRUPULOUS EXPERIENCE FLYING WITH TURKISH AIRLINES. WE ARE TERRIBLY DISAPPOINTED AND SAD THAT OUR VISIT TO A BEAUTIFUL CITY ENDED IN SUCH A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Not worth pay business classs and get service economy class

A fairly standard 2/2 configuration. Boeing 787-9 is modern but the amenities chosen by Turkish for their seats are slightly limited - no in-seat charging, for example. Otherwise, a good flight.

The fully flat bed in business class on the 777 is a little narrow, and the 2-3-2 configuration is now dated, but otherwise a comfortable and pleasant flight. It’s hard to beat the value too.

Service and food were decent, seats are a bit too narrow. Leg room is normal. Bathroom should be cleaned more frequently. WiFi is cumbersome and should be simplified.

Very old plane on the Istanbul to Bangkok flight, had an emergency exit isle row, no where to put anything, on a plus point loads of leg room. Food was the best I have had in 39 years of flying.

Transavia has started an aggressive program to charge for cabin baggage. Particularly at Schiphol the checkin staff behave like money hungry nazis to charge you 43 euros for a laptop bag as carryon. They didn’t realize I can speak Dutch and I could hear them cheering about the incentives they get for charging extra fees. To make things even more ridiculous, you can’t even store the bag in the overhead compartment because it is so full. It’s such a turnoff and makes traveling on this terrible discount airline even more miserable. To add there are no charging points or inflight entertainment on the plane. The flight crew are polite and courteous.

Transavia scams you with baggage charges. I bought an extra bag to carry with me in the plane (27 EUR) via their website. When I came to the counter they told me the bag was not acceptable, even though I have taken this without problems in several other airlines. So they forced me to pay 65 EUR at the last minute to check-in my bag and let me board. When I asked for the money I had originally paid on their website(the 27 EUR), the personnel at the counter just told me it was not going to be returned because this was not the airline's fault. This is flat out stealing.

Transavia charged us extra for a bag we had already paid for. The lady at the boarding counter literal answer was "that is not our problem". They make their measurement requirements non standard to suck money out of you in these ways.

Horrible service, never flying with this airline again. They have 0 respect for the people flying and don’t respect their own rules.

4h delay, lost luggage, no info whatsoever about anything that was going on. Lost connection bus to final destination. 2 babies beside me screaming the whole time with their mother being absolutely unapologetic. Worst experience ever

My experience is very bad. The flight was canceled 2 hours before departure. I lost my hotel reservation and can't get it back.

Boarding was slow and cabin crew was even slowing down the process.

There’s no point in paying for priority if we all just end up in the same queue at the same place

The flight was delayed one hour. Soon after, I got an email saying that the flight was moved for the next day at midnight, changing my entire plans at the destination. I went to the gate to see what was going on and they were actually boarding and in their last call! It was very confusing and stressful because I nearly miss the flight for the miscommunication.

Schiphol airport needs to get their stuff together. I had to wait one hour at the passport control for EU national ID members, not the international one that they were waiting for 4 hours, and the baggage claim had an other hour on top of delays. That is insane, trying to exit the airport, at this point just let me get my own bag from the luggage compartment.
