No Wi-Fi or food unless you pay an expensive fee.
Flight was late, with scheduled 50 min layover at Frankfurt. Arrived at gate A54, had to get to B5. We now had 35 min layover with delay, at top speed it took 30 min to get to B5 hot and bothered. Not good. Boarding in Lyon was normal chaos, shoving, and total disrespect for anyone beyond group 2. Boarding for Milan flight was more civilized as we all had to take a bus to plane.
Not enough time between connecting flights. We had to run through the Frankfurt airport and nearly missed our flight to the US. Extremely tight seating in Economy. No room and I'm not a large person. Please prevent any seats from reclining so my kneecaps are not destroyed again. Entertainment system touch screen did not recognize inputs. Seemed to be a problem for many. Crew were very nice and the food was not bad.
They were late and I missed my flight for Chicago. Terrible experience with Austrian airline this time.
I understand that German food tends to bland & tasteless, but please try to incorporate some flavor in your food. Also, always have chicken as one of the options.
Our flight was cancelled at 21:50 the night before, fully disrupting our return itinerary. I was lucky to still be awake to hear the notification. Rebooking through Lufthansa was difficult with multiple dropped customer service calls. The final result was satisfactory.
Lufthansa only flew me to Larnaca. I had to find my own way from there, and am out of pocket for a ticket and hotel expenses
Flight was late and I missed my connecting flight to Dublin. This is not the same Lufthansa I remember, you guys don't care anymore. Hopefully my trips with Swiss Air will much better.
Slightly delayed but still a more comfortable experience to take a real airline instead of a budget one.
Delay before takeoff, ran out of protein options for the meal served, waited on the tarmac upon landing for and hour, waited in corridor for people mover for 45 minutes and still waited at baggage claim for over 30 minutes. This was after Lufthansa cancelled our flight to Frankfurt. Will definitely be my last option when booking overseas flights.
