The plane from Venice to Dublin ran out of food. They did not restock the plane in Venice.

It was very refreshing being in a nice and clean plain, with pillows and earphones that you don’t have to pay for, with warm food and beverages and a very nice crew

The flight from Dublin to London was short but they charged for any food or beverage. I have never paid for anything except alcohol on a flight before so imagine my shock at being charged nearly 4 pounds for a cup of tea. I once took an hour and a half flight (different airline) within South Africa and was served a complimentary dinner. It’s minor things like this that might make me hesitant to choose Aer Lingus over another similarly priced airline.

Ground crew in Dublin also not friendly, I had a tracker in my bag that was showing the bag was left in Canada however they didn’t want to help.

The thing thy call a pizza was atrocious. Do not eat it. The seating is as usual for economy an experiment in cruel and unusual punishment that they aren't allowed to do to prisoners but you get to pay for it.

Didn't make it to this flight as we sat on the tarmac for 1.5 hours.

The crew was first rate. They allowed me to switch my middle seat to an isle seat and it made my flight home so much more comfortable.

Everything went very smoothly I loved having the earphones and the blanket and the staff was just super friendly

I was advertised a free seat selection for a "Smart" fare through BusinessClass.com. I was never able to select a seat. I thus paid extra for a bill of goods I was never provided. would love to speak with a representative of Kayak

There was a very drunk and disruptive passenger who was on the plane, right behind me. He was already drunk before boarding but was still let on the plane. He kept kicking and hitting the back of my chair the entire flight. It was an early morning flight and had zero rest on that leg

Almost as usual, half an hour take off dilay, on the other hand - the checked in baggage arrived as magic super quickly. By the way - why do you ask to rate the food and entertainment on flights without them? at least offer the option of "Not Relevant" or similar...

Comfy seats, great cabin service and a very relaxed experience

To complex. So many types of fare. This made the boarding a caos.

I am writing to demand an immediate refund and compensation for the absolutely unacceptable experience I endured with VUELING this week. On Monday, my flight was canceled, and despite this, I have yet to receive any refund. I was then taken to a hotel in a terrible location, where no food or even water was provided. The next day, I was rebooked on another flight, for which I had to personally cover an additional €50 in transportation costs—only to have that flight canceled as well. After waiting 10 hours, only 10 of us were offered alternative accommodations, while the rest were left stranded. We were forced to remain in this situation until Thursday without a single explanation or proper assistance. During this entire ordeal, we were only provided with breakfast and dinner, while being charged extra for drinks. This level of treatment is completely unacceptable. I expect an immediate refund for the cancelled flights and full compensation for the inconvenience, additional expenses, and the significant distress caused.

Nothing. There was no flight. They cancelled the flight with no replacement about 9 hours before takeoff.

The flight was canceled at the last minute. Alternative flight was booked after 6 hours wait in Malaga airport.

Horrible, flight cancelled and had to come back the next day

No complimentary snacks, but I think that’s a standard in the USA. There were loud drunk Germans sitting in front of us.

I will never fly vueling. 1h30 delayed, connexion missed with the crew closing the boarding in front of us. 40 people missed the Barcelona-Orly connexion. hours waiting for rebooking and hotel.. inadmissible

Last time bucking this company if I would know I wouldn’t do it, they made me lose my flight

Flight was ok until there was a sudden juddering in the plane and a severe sudden loss of height. There were a lot of distressed passengers and not a single word was said by the pilot or crew.

The airline gets you from one place to another in a reasonable time. Not much more you can expect.

Cabin crew couldn’t be less interested. Cabin manager was the most arrogant and the rudest I’ve encountered in many years.

The punctuality of f the flight was super: we left on time and arrived about 20 minutes early - and the cabin crew were both friendly and efficient. The only downside was that Ryanair appears to have resumes its old obsession with sizing cabin bags again after a long and welcome absence.

I liked nothing. An extremely uncomfortable flight, staff were rude, no ice for my drink. 4 hours of misery

The check-in process is very confusing. The company charges for everything, but tickets are low priced. I probably wouldn't take the airline for a flight over 3 hours. The seats are uncomfortable. There's no net on the seats to hold things like headphones, a folder or anything.

Flight delayed. Sat for more than 30 min with no air conditioning on a very hot day.

Late again rude staff at gate bullying passengers made us stand in the cold 3degrees for 40 mins before they let us board

Boarding was chaotic, the gate changed 4 times and we took off 1 hour late

Bag check in was terrible. Arrived 2 hours and 10 minutes ahead of required time and then waited 50 minutes in line to check ONE bag. There were 4 employees standing around as only two were checking bags and there were 6 gates available to check bags. Process is terrible. Lack of customer concern and service.
