Good overall flight. Excellent crew. Food options could be improved.
3 hours delay to start with and then food was terrible.
Absolutely horrible experience. It's an overnight flight for over 5 hours and business class does not have beds!!!!! I had a slightly bigger than economy class seat that was broken and not even reclining correctly. I should get a refund for this flight as they changed the aircraft to a small one and that is not what I paid the business class price for!
My flight has been changed twice so far. Disappointed with Turkish!
The checking line was very long , when checked the bags and got the boarding pass but moved fairly fast . The boarding line was long and the ground crew didn’t provide priority to kids boarding . But the air crew on the plane were very nice and polite . Too bad my daughter’s table try was broken which made the trip less enjoyable.
The economy seats are small and crowded, but overall the food was very good, cutest little gift bags also! Crew was very nice and professional. Everything was clean.

The first flight got delayed 1 hour and that made me miss my connection flight which made me arrive 6 hours later.

Four of my family members was settled in a different seats. I paid extra $200 dollars for 4 seats just to be all together, but they settled us on separated seats. After a lots of time they put us 2 and 2. My kids are 9 and 13 . How i can leave them alone???
Delayed over 2 hours. Bring your own snacks or prepare to pay. No entertainment and no plug plugs for charging.
Seats were extremely hard and uncomfortable. as well as very narrow even though I paid an extra $230 for upgraded preferred seats. Very disappointed in the downtrend of Lufthansa and United Airlines.
Service was courteous and attentive. Sat in the exit row. In exchange for leg room I had people tripping over my feet to use it at a hallway from one aisle to the other, had no access to films viaa viewscreen and no underseat storage for medicines or other personal travel needs. Next time I am seated there, I will refuse the exit row.
Boarding was total chaos. They didn’t know what they were doing and taking bus to the airplane is like going back in time. The food is bad, portions are very small and we don’t get simple paper napkins! Is it really that bad?
Loved flying with this airline. Professional, courteous staff who did everything possible to make the long flight comfortable!
Delayed flight with no explanations; no jetway boarding so we had to stand on the tarmac in the cold rain. Baggage was lost.
So great, the plane is nice and comfortable, the entertainment was so nice, and the staff was amazing. Only thing that was less than great was that the buttons on the seat screens were very hard to push, and the person behind me was pushing my seat constantly to push the buttons. Minor tho, and overall everything was wonderful!
Well,I miss a flight to Stl with United,they send me to Stl with a different airline, but same day,which was great
All of my flights through Lufthansa were delayed which made travel very stressful.
When they gave me the ticket in Turkey, they did something wrong, and my ticket did not match with my passport in Munich I got into the line, but because of the problem, I was the last one got into the airplane. They had to solve the problem. Couple people asked to turn the air condition down, but they said that it was broken, we were freezing inside the plain. Food and snack was really poor. I bought this ticket by thinking that I was going to fly with Lufthansa, but it turned out United airlines. I will be more careful from now on, I will try not to use KAYAK. I had bad experience while I am going and coming back. United Airlines did not make it easy.
