Fly for Free Flight Promotion

Terms and Conditions :

1. This promotion is run by KAYAK Europe GmbH, Claridenstrasse 25 8002 Zurich Switzerland.
2. Who can participate? Participants must be residents of the United Kingdom or France and at least 18 years of age. Participants must not be affiliated to KAYAK nor its affiliated entities, its PR, advertising or media agencies, nor be anyone remunerated by KAYAK for activities on social or other media.
3. Only one entry per person is permitted. If you enter more than once, only your first entry counts.
4. Participants may not use any automated or manual tools such as bots or click-farms to make entries.
5. Participation is free of charge. No payment is necessary to participate in this promotion.
6. Participation
   To participate in the promotion you must:
   1. search a flight on kayak.co.uk or the KAYAK app
   2. copy the URL to your chosen flight via the “share” button
   3. submit your entry on the campaign page www.kayak.co.uk/winfreeflights by providing name, email address, your flight URL and accept these terms and conditions.
   4. By completing these steps in accordance with these terms and conditions you will automatically be entered into our promotion for a chance to win the flight you have submitted.
7. The promotion starts on 07/04/2025 and runs until 19/05/2025. You must complete all steps above during this period to be eligible to participate.
8. The prizes:
   • KAYAK shall pay for the winner’s flight booking up to the total amount of £1500 per booking with an overall prize fund of up to £9 000.
   • The booking can cover multiple people. The winner’s travel companion (if any) must be at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of departure unless they are the winner’s child or legal ward.
   • £1500 limit specification:

     All flights included under a single booking are covered, but the first flight must depart from the UK to any destination. The winner will coordinate the exact flight details with a KAYAK representative. The Prize is provided “as is,” without any warranties of any kind, is non-transferable, and may not be redeemed for cash unless at KAYAK’s sole discretion. If the winner is unable to take the originally planned trip, they will have seven (7) days from their reply to KAYAKs first email contact to propose an alternative trip within the same budget. Failure to provide travel dates and times within this period will result in a redraw.

     The aforementioned prize does not include food, accommodation, other transport expenses and miscellaneous costs incurred prior to, during or after the trip, or any insurance booked as part of the trip.

   Prize mechanics:
   Each winner’s flight booking up to the limit of £1500 shall be made by KAYAK. If the price fluctuates between promotion entry and discussions with the KAYAK representative KAYAK will be willing to pay up to £1,500 per booking.

9. 2 winners will be drawn at random 3 times during the campaign period: on 22/04/2025, 06/05/2025 and on 20/05/2025.

   The winners will be contacted via email from KAYAK at the latest 5 working days after each draw.

   The winners must reply to KAYAK’s email no later than five (5) working days after receipt of KAYAK’s email with the winner’s first and last name, a valid email address, physical address, date of birth, telephone number and passport information and any other information necessary to complete the booking and such information for any travel companion if applicable. Failure to do so will result in a new random draw to determine a replacement winner from the remaining eligible entries.

10. KAYAK and its appointed agents will use participants’ personal details for the purposes of administering the promotion. KAYAK will also send you marketing communications to the email you provided. You may unsubscribe from these communications at any time.     KAYAK will use the winners data, and any travel companion data (if applicable), such as first and last name, a valid email address, physical address, date of birth, telephone number and passport information, in order to ensure that the prizes can be delivered to the respective winners.

    You warrant that all the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

11. By entering this promotion, you give KAYAK the right to use your and your travel companion’s first name and city along with information on your and your travel companion’s travel destination and value of prize to be used on KAYAK’s website and advertising material.

12. KAYAK reserves the right to disqualify any participant that it reasonably believes to be in breach of these terms and conditions. Participants must not act in an inappropriate, unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or tamper with the promotion.
13. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok or YouTube. By participating in this promotion, you completely release Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok or YouTube of all liability in relation to any injury, damage or loss that may occur, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from your participation.
14. Entry into this promotion constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
