I did not take the car because insurance was more than the daily rental of $36 a day. After a long flight it is disturbing to calculate extra unknown costs which either r unbearable or block your credit card w a high fee even if have cc insurance. This should be sorted out when booking. Felt like ordering sushi n it says market price of the day.

Car (Hyundai Ioniq) was perfect- spotless, no odors , reasonably priced. One call for a question on unlocking the anti theft device was handled quickly and with courtesy. Check in/checkout were fast.

The car I received was very used and poorly equipped. Over 109,000 km on it. No cruise control, no apple or Android auto. Basic features in even entry level cars. Especially when needing navigation while traveling Tons of mall dents and Knicks all over . If you showed up on a date with this you would have been embarrassed

Pros:

The car was a hybrid in a country where gas is very expensive. I appreciated that. Too bad the hybrid had to come after the first car that had issues. One of them being a faulty tire immediately when I drove off the lot.

Cons:

Their service. They treated me like I popped the tire and didn’t want to pay. I drove off the lot and the tire lost air immediately. Ridiculous.

Cons:

You must take some of their insurance even if you have your own through your credit card and car insurance. This added about $100 to cost.

There is no problem with Budget, it just the office to pick up/ drop off the car is not exactly in the airport. Is a bit far away, not a huge problem but a bit inconvenient

Friendly and efficient service both ends. The vehicle was new and in good condition. Car rental costs have become super expensive lately but I can at least say that Budget was the best price in the circumstances. I would definitely use them again

Pros:

Yes, staff was great, and pick-up and drop-off went smoothly. No surprises at anytime - that's always a good thing!

Cons:

The vehicle's air conditioning seemed to be effective only when moving at a good clip. When stopped at a light, or elsewhere, the air conditioning was ineffective. I was renting an MG.

Being told the car takes Diesel gas would’ve been nice! Advice about using a foreign credit card to fill up at the gas station would also help since its self service and there are a bunch of ID numbers that have to be used at the gas station

Drop off was great; Shuttle to airport from drop off was quick.

Cons:

Not trying so hard to up sell me on Insurance. Also, when I came back to the counter to upgrade the car, the staff made it very uncomfortable. In fact, the Salesperson quoted me $20 per/day which I accepted, only to have his Manager say $30 per/day is the lowest he can do...Car was great but getting the initial paperwork completed was an poor experience.

I am familiar with Israelis and the lack of good customer service but I was very disappointed when we dropped off the car at how bad the customer service was in general. The car was fine. It came filthy on the outside which I didn’t care about but when the brushed away some dirt they tried to tell me I had an accident. It is disappointing that the people at the desk couldn’t lift their eyes from the computer screens to talk to a customer like a person.

I received a quote for $460 for car rental. After I returned the car I received a bill from a company (not Dollar or Hertz) for $922. I will never use Hertz, Dollar, or Kesher again and will tell everyone who will lesson to do the same.

Must print out proof of liability insurance from you cc company otherwise they charge you a daily rate for insurance. Car had a pin pad - and I had a lot of trouble with the car. Luckily they replaced it once it went dead.
