Never got a car. Our credit card was compromised on our vacation, so we did not have a physical card. They would not accept Apple Pay. Get out of the dark ages!!!

Everything went well. My only complaint is the deposit amount that has to one credit card. They are always changing amount, it was 300$ now it's $400. It's difficult to budget since you're never the amount ahead of time. No where on website either. All in all good value. Our check out person(LAX) Hunter was very nice. And our Return person (SBP) was efficient and very nice. Didn't get name. thanks

Excellent all around. Nothing to note for improvement. Staff was helpful, pleasant and accommodating. Devin at LAS, Chris and Matt at Pahrump, NV, and the crew at LAX made it easy an fluid.

Pick-up took longer than expected, but otherwise, was a good experience. Drop-off was quicker than expected. Car worked well (screen went pixelated a couple of times, but then returned to normal). Nice vehicle to drive.

The staff was excellent at getting us on the road in minutes, The process was very quick. My only complaint would be that the cost was slightly higher than some of the competition, But I was specific in wanting a convertible Jeep and was willing to pay the price. I would rent from them again. The drop off process was the same, And was completed within a minute or two.

Prompt, friendly, and helpful shuttle service. Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff at lot for both pickup and drop off. Met us at the shuttle and showed us to our vehicle. Rental process to leave lot efficient and friendly. Highly efficient process at drop off. Staff were determined to provide great service in all aspects of our rental. This was an exceptional rental experience.

very slow pick up at LA. The shuttle was small and not frequent enough. Crowds are waiting for Sixt. Once again when we finally reached the counter the waiting line was long. More than 80 min to pick up the car in total...

The customer service isn't exceptional, but it's adequate. This is a respectable car company, one of the few remaining in an industry often marked by dishonesty. The staff were nice and helpful. The car was nice and clean. But we did experience over 40mins of delay before the car became available.

This was the most pleasant car rental experience from start to finish. Our check in agent was so friendly and accommodating, the car was clean and easy to check in and out, and when our flight was delayed 12 hours they were so kind in extending our rental. I will preferentially rent from Sixt in the future!

I had problems with 4 different cars in 2 days. Had to exchange 3 times. Manager at LAX was rude and ignorant. Refused to help. Said he did not have time for us.

They charged me for additional fuel at drop-off even though I refueled before dropping car off. So don’t leave without confirming with the agent the fuel level and to get a receipt. Additionally, customer service is awful; I could not even call in to complain and get assistance. They just said to fill out an online form and email my issue and they would reply in 3-5 business days. But then how can they investigate my issue? Horrible customer service when you cannot speak directly with anyone about your issue!

When I picked up the rental car (a Kia Niro EV), they asked me to return the car with 70-80% charge. That's exactly what I did (I returned it with ~190 miles of range, or 75% charge). Then they charged me $35 to charge the car up. I will be disputing the charge, but I should not have to waste my time doing this.

Showed up to pick up the car with a 1 yr old at 2 am and was told they had no cars. They said we could wait 2-3 hours and see if any get returned but not guaranteed. Ridiculous!

Everyone was very professional, friendly, and hard working. No high pressure sales or upgrade pitches. They got me in and out quickly during both the check in and check out processes. I very much appreciated their young, hard working crew. They seemed to enjoy doing their jobs, and had a great camaraderie that spilled over into their customer service. I'll definitely be using Midway again.

I am really impressed with the service, their vehicles, and a really smooth process. They moved fast. The shuttle was ready and moved quickly to and from the airport terminal. I am close to being a road warrior and familiar with rental car companies. Most budget conscious car rental companies tend to be a mess and sneaky as hell. The person at the counter will naturally try to upsell you. That is their job because it creates profit for their business model. Don’t be upset about that. Learn the trade. Understand that if you have insurance coverage (legit and verifiable) you can decline their policies. If they offer an upgraded vehicle, decline it or be willing to pay for the nicer/bigger vehicle. I was treated with respect and transparency. I will return without hesitation. The only caveat is the location is off the airport campus and that requires transferring to a second shuttle. Not difficult, and not that much longer. Just call ahead for instructions and study them to avoid missteps. They will email you the day before you pickup and before returning your vehicle with clear instructions! I don’t see that much at all from other companies; much less from the large corporate franchises. Midway does a lot of things right. Give them a chance.
