Superb service, better than expected car. Maske sure to have at least €1000 available on yoir credit card for deposit if you don't take Europcar's insurance. Rental was great value for money.

please correct the web page from the usa. I couldn't make any nchanges and there is no option to select an automatic car or a gearbox car. Also add the local telephone number.

Ended up paying extra day. I rented car at 4 pm local time. At time of rental agent failed to point out that rental return was noon local time. There was no printout provided for review. Based on rental experience with other companies ie Hertz Budget Avis both abroad and in United States, I assumed that car was due by time was rented. The 11 page rental agreement sent via email is hard to read on phone and actual rental dates times are buried and hard to find. Had no issues on prior two rentals. Doubt will use this outfit again.

I didn’t get the car because tegu said I wasn’t allowed to drive in Poland with Canadian driving license and I didn’t get the refund too . Worse experience ever !

Pros:

Drop off was easy, car was clean and basically brand new.

Cons:

The cost of the insurance was outrageous. We have rented from Sixt in other countries and the cost of insurance (for full coverage) was more than half as much. Not sure what the deal was but the insurance costs 2.5 times the cost of the car itself!

The site is misleading and does not show all complete data. After arriving at the counter we realized that we were being cheated and we had to pay an extra of over 2 times what we paid. Nothing that was listed anywhere on the site.

After returning the car to place in airpot Jesionka Rzeszow I didn't received any statement and confirmation. That employee was laying to me about that and they don't return my deposit money !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm so disappointed !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My plane was two hours late after arriving at the airport in Balice, it turned out that my reservation was canceled. They offered me a similar car for Double Price. I rented a car from another rental company for normal price. I rent cars very often, this would not be the case in the United States. Shame ALAMO!

the Polish team does not explain clearly "additional charges" that at the end amount to a double of the rental estimate, plus, the ever present VAT in EU ??? On services VAT should not be added, only on purchases. I had not purchased a Euro150k Volvo, only rented it! So - with that - after our review on all media, how is Budget going to look like? I wonder

Luxury SUV

This company uses bait and switch tactics. I paid for a luxury Porsche Cayenne SUV with an MSRP of over $100,000. What I got was an Audi Q5 that was half the value. when I asked the lady for the Porsche, she explained to me that they don’t even have one at that airport.
