Excellent staff, going the extra milePros:The staff at check in was excellent; helpful lady on duty with a couple of queries beyond the car rental business. Charged for minimal sand in car on return. Children on knees on transPros:Staff meet you at arrivals.Cons:Cars not at airport. Not obvious from pre-arrival documentation. Long wait for transfer to pickup. Long wait/queue at pickup location. Queue outdoors. 35 degrees temperature. Transfer bus not large enough to transfer everyone. Children required to sit on parents knees. Charged for some sand on floor. Contract doesn't cover this. Contract states reasonably clean. Photocopied page produced with some notes indicating there may be a charge for sand. Most people travelling to Sicily go to the beach. Felt cheated.Reviewed 17 Jul 2017
