I rented with them to pick up the car at 12pm. On August 28, 2024 They took my money and they cancel the rent of the car because I didn't pick up the car at 12pm even though I gave them the flight and the airline that will be there at 5:20pm, until today I'm not receiving my reimbursement, I called again customer service and said that I have to e-mail to a different place. I got more than I expected. I was greeted by a person right in the airport, he took us directly to the car, helped with luggage, helped us with the safety seats for the kids. Once we were good to go, he sent us on our way. Same on the return. We arrived to the arrival platform where we were greeted by an employee, he helped unload the car, checked that everything was in order, that nothing was forgotten and took the car. WAY easier than what I usually deal with. The car wasn't new, nor in mint condition. But it was also cheap and really spacious. So all in all, we were very happy with the service.Reviewed 1 Sept 2024

Car was OK but windscreen was broken and the car had some issues like a failure with airbag-system. It wasn’t very clean. Value is ok but not really cheap. The staff was friendly and the pick up from the airport was very easy. We had to wait 45 minutes because the car wasn’t ready when we arrived.Reviewed 29 Aug 2024

As far as the customer service goes, it was bad 3 out of 4 times we had contact with them. You get what you pay for I guess. Better stick to other rental companies. The employees are stressed out and weren’t really nice, except for one encounter.Reviewed 25 Aug 2024

You certainly pay for what you get. Pros: At a week and a half out we were able to rent a full size car for approx $45 a day. The car worked, as did the ac. Cons: the places feels like it’s in the middle of nowhere with only 2 people working. When we arrived there were 5 people ahead of us and the wait was about an hour. And you wait outside in a shaded but no ac. The car had over 100,000 miles on it. They have you sign 4 pages of disclosure but never mention that if there is sand in the car they’ll charge a $300 excessive dirt fee. The worst was the shuttle ride. Ruben, the driver was, not the sharpest tool in the shed. He was so rude, didn’t acknowledge he heard me when I said my airline after he asked. It was so hot and had his window down. While we sat in the last row sweating our butts off. This genius decides to turn the ac on after we depart Terminal 1…we were terminal 2. I will NEVER rent from this bottom feeding, nickel and dimming place again.Reviewed 6 Aug 2024

The customer service was poor. I ended up not taking the car. The Office Manager , Ms. Brown saw that I was not satisfied with the service of the driver (Sanjay) and encouraged me to follow my gut. I was almost finished with the service when I changed my mind. One of the men wanted to know which direction I was travelling with the car. That was a scary question.Reviewed 2 Aug 2024
