Pros:Friendly attendants on roomy older plane.
Cons:The "snack" was a very unappealing tuna sandwich which was basically an empty bun, but no one is on that flight for the food anyway. The entertainment monitor was broken, but again, it just didn't matter.

We shall be seeking legal assistance upon the return from our holiday & contacting you/lastminute.com for compensation.

Pros:I have used their service 4 times in the last month and it is always consistent. If there is a delay, they communicate regularly the reason for the delay and how they are managing it. This flight was on time and comfortable.
Cons:The sandwich handed out is not that good and the snack selection is limited. However, for such a short flight (Malta to Zurich - 2 hours), this really isn't a major issue.

Pros:The crew were uplifting and ready to serve. Genuine smiles and greetings. Take off & landing were very smooth. The aircraft I was in did the job well.
Cons:The seats are crammed with each other. I feel sorry for the big guy next me. He couldn't even move. The check in was not smooth and we have to wait a couple of times. No greetings,no smiles. Overall experience is just ok.
