There was a medical emergency and required extensive wait for offloading after a long flight. Curious to see if there are other ways that it could have been more effective.

4 hour technical delay. Cancelled second meal. Crew and flight were great.
They sell 1h /1h30min connection ticket that are impossible to make
Seated in business class. Bed too hard and no comforter. Way too many seats in business class for number of crew so never felt particularly looked after.
Good. The flight was extremely delayed but they rebooked my layover (which took off before we even landed) before we arrived. Second flight made me check my bag but there was plenty of room. Otherwise good experience
It was good… always SO many people… I realize that’s how they make money but wow!
Messed about all day by airport staff. BA staff onsite refused to help, while we were with airport police regarding a theft. Had to pay £300 for new flights, and the new flight was 3 hours late leaving. Horrific
The crew were competent and all seemed to enjoy their job and the only shiny part of the trip. The seats were extremely uncomfortable and the video machines very hard to work and had dated offerings. The air conditioning was like a refrigerator even with 4 blankets. The food was propbably the worst airline food I have had in years.
Lounge access restricted due to capacity. Boarding long and free for all. Good crew service Food awful.
They canceled my flight denver-London I end up leaving day earlier and missed all my work commitments and had 10 minutes to pack.
