Westjet never disappoint always terrible small plane ,crowded cheap snack if you can call it snack

Westjet was late and we missed our connecting flight with Cathay. Had to wait 8 hours. Westjet only allows 1 checked in baggage for international flights- it’s always been 2. Canada allows only 1 sandwhich bag size full off small liquids. Everything else will be tossed. Awful trip. Will never fly west jet or go to Toronto to connect flights!

I didn’t have any food but my Prosecco hit the spot. We left on time and the crew was friendly.

Flight didn’t happen because both my connections were lost and Toronto wouldn’t let me board. I was checked in to all 3 flights at the check-in fest in Dublin.

The flight didn’t happen because they apparently lost my check in and wouldn’t let me board.

I thought the coffee was excellent! The wait for the luggage was acceptable.. It left and arrived on time. My son found that his device worked very well and he really enjoyed his flight! The stewardess moved him up to the emergency exit and he very much appreciated that!

I wasn’t able to book or pay for a seat and they forgot to check me in for my third flight so I spent 24 hours in Toronto waiting for another one.

I wasn’t checked in for the third leg of my flight, my bag was checked through to Dublin but when I went to the gate in Toronto they said I wasn’t on the flight and had given my seat away. I had to wait 24 hours for another flight and instead on the one I had booked it was now 2 flights.

Flight was delayed by 3/4 of an hour. Overall flight was good.

No kiosk to help pre boarding unlike other airlines, still lost the luggage despite its own crew/TSA or security tagging it, poor handling of lost luggage and possibly compensation is likely poor too.

I was charge a baggage checking fee $68!! I volunteered to check my duffle bag which usually goes under my seat!

Boarding - 3 of 4 flights were delayed and the gate staff did an ok job of managing the lines for boarding. Lots of standing around in line - more than typical. Crew - accommodating. If you are looking for warmth, you will not experience it with AC. But I appreciate their hard work and relative efficiency on 8+ hour flights. Comfort - My first 2 flights were cancelled the morning I was due to depart. AC rescheduled me on 2 new flights that created only minimal disruption and change to my itinerary (a longer layover, several hours difference in arrival time) and provided a 15 dollar food voucher for the layover restaurant which was the equivalent of a measly sandwich. My seats were changed which is a huge issue for my physical size as I require additional legroom for medical reasons, and I was put in a very uncomfortable seat without the option for seat selection. The bathrooms were incredibly dirty and foul smelling to the point of being nauseating and I was next to it during my longest of 4 flights. Entertainment - I always travel with downloaded entertainment on my own devices and a power bank, and am glad I did! The entertainment was completely non functioning for my 8+ hour flight home. We were provided a 15% or 50 dollar voucher on a future flight by way of compensation. Food - always just poor to mid. I also travel with my own food when possible as in flight meals and snacks taste strongly of packaging. Overall, this was a poor to mid experience, and I am resigned to the fact that airlines are never going to improve.

We travelled from London to Halifax. Customer service was excellent.fron the day we booked until arriving. The gate was only a short frombthe waiting area and walk Boarding was efficiently handled and plane took off on time. The service on the plane was very good. Fool an acceptable drandard Only downside was that the legroom was tight for anybody just over 6ft tall and am usually able to travel without difficulty. I will definitely fly with Air Canada again but next time pay for extr space.

Was disappointed when landing in Canada was made to wait for over 1 hour with several other parents and babies for our strollers . The expectation was that the gate checked strollers would be there when exiting aircraft. This was not the case we were told to walk to a point and wait for them . After being left there and not being updated we were met with very hostile and rude air canada staff . There where no apologies or understanding even though all the children where very uncomfortable and the parents very frustrated as you can imagine . Instead the air canada staff at the airport where very rude and made an already frustrating situation much worse instead of trying to assure the parents that that were making effort to fix the situation. One gentleman in particular was very rude to some parents telling them to move when they were simply seeking information. He made the other parents including myself feel very uncomfortable. He also told a gentleman he was capturing images of everyones boarding pass when this was untrue as he was only taking a photo of the gentleman pass which was strange.

It was good, seating was a little tight apart from that all was well.

I liked the flight but the check in was horrendous. I have booked with you before but not ever had to pay extra for luggage, it was not clear on booking, I didn't know there was different categories of economy that meant different allowances. So was alarmed when we had to pay a further £120 at the check-in at a point of not changing.

I wish they gave the earphones earlier rather than when we are already in flight.

Very nice staff members are very nice and friendly helpful

We were a little late pushing back ,but arrived a head of time.

W ended up getting stuck in Edinburgh Scotland during the air strike. They cancelled our flight and No help to get us rebooked. All said down that cost us over $2,000 extra at least to get home. Hopefully we will be reimbursed somehow! Won’t be flying Air Canada again
