The flight crew was outstanding. Small children running around and constantly crying was extremely annoying.
Seat controls of lights were broken, and only 1 of the 2 seat TVs ever worked on the long flight. On the short flight there were no USB connections, on the long one they were difficult to access. Part of my meal was frozen, though the hot portion was good.
We were upgraded to Premium Economy which was great, lots of space, great food, great seats, somewhat more attentive service.
Seats were not comfortable and very small room for legs.
They have more than 4 hours delay, and broken all my bags
It seems that legroom has improved in the last few years on these shorter flights. Thanks for that.
Provided earbuds uncomfortable and poor, garbled sound quality. BA does better
Lufhtansa has and can do better. The food was inedible. No individual light for reading.
I like the hospitality of the crew members the food could have been better
