Flight Promotion

Terms and Conditions :

  1. This promotion is run by KAYAK SOFTWARE (UK) LIMITED, Alphabeta Building, 14-18 Finsbury Square, London, United Kingdom, EC2A 1A.
  2. Who can participate? Participants must be residents of the United Kingdom and have a UK bank account. Participants must be at least 18 years of age.
    Participants must not be affiliated to KAYAK nor its affiliated entities, its PR, advertising or media agencies, nor be anyone remunerated by KAYAK for activities on social or other media.
  3. Only one entry per person is permitted. If you enter more than once, only your first entry counts.
  4. Participants may not use any automated or manual tools such as bots or click-farms to make entries.
  5. Participation is free of charge. No additional payment is necessary to participate in this promotion.
  6. Participation

    • To participate in the promotion you must:
      1. book a flight through the KAYAK website or mobile app
      2. forward your booking confirmation to trips@kayak.co.uk.
    • By completing both these steps in accordance with these terms and conditions you will automatically be entered into our promotion for a chance to win the value of your flight ticket.
  7. The promotion starts on 03/04/2024 and runs until 30/04/2024. You must complete both steps above during this period to be eligible to participate.
  8. The prizes:

    • KAYAK shall refund the value of the winner’s flight booking up to the total amount of £1000 per booking with an overall prize fund of up to £10 000.

    • £1000 limit specification:

    KAYAK shall refund flight tickets with a value up to £1000 per booking. All flights included under a single booking are included, but the first flight must depart out of somewhere in the UK to anywhere in the world, and the booking must be in GBP only.

    The prize includes reimbursement for the payment fee and applicable taxes directly connected to the booking of the flight and included in the booking confirmation email. The aforementioned prize does not include food, other transport expenses and miscellaneous costs incurred prior to, during or after the trip, or any insurance booked as part of the trip.

    Prize mechanics

    Each winner’s flight value up to the limit of £1000 shall be refunded by KAYAK by bank transfer to their UK bank account.

  9. The winners will be drawn at random on 02/05/2024.

    The winners will be contacted via email from KAYAK by 06/05/2024.

    The winners must reply to KAYAK’s email no later than fourteen (14) working days after receipt of KAYAK’s email. Failure to do so will result in a new random draw to determine a replacement winner from the remaining eligible entries.

  10. KAYAK and its appointed agents will use participants’ personal details for the purposes of administering the promotion. KAYAK’s privacy policy will apply: https://www.kayak.com/privacy

    KAYAK will use the winners data such as first and last name, a valid email address, physical address, telephone number and bank account information, in order to ensure that the prizes can be delivered to the respective winners.

  11. By entering this promotion, you give KAYAK the right to use your first name and city along with information on your travel destination and value of prize to be used on KAYAK’s website and advertising material.

  12. KAYAK reserves the right to disqualify any participant that it reasonably believes to be in breach of these terms and conditions. Participants must not act in an inappropriate, unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or tamper with the promotion. KAYAK reserves the rights to match the booking IDs with our partners to ensure the booking used for entering the promotion was made through KAYAK. KAYAK will look for duplicate itineraries and reserves the right to disqualify any participant who entered multiple times with the same booking confirmation.
  13. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok or YouTube. By participating in this promotion, you completely release Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok or YouTube of all liability in relation to any injury, damage or loss that may occur, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from your participation.
  14. Entry into this promotion constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
