Pros:The shuttle service was excellent and the staff was very helpful; however they could not fix all the problems with the hotel itself.
Cons:TVs did not work for the entire week stay. The entire hotel smelled like mold and mildew (the rooms, the elevator, the hallways, and the workout room was the worst.) We had no hot water for two days. The beds were uncomfortable.

Pros:The location
Cons:The woman at the front desk was more than rude. She did not crack a smile and gave me dirty looks. When we asked the other people at the front desk when breakfast would stop serving, we just got blank stares. The room smelled like mildew and the bathroom was so dark, even with all the lights on. There was a party at the hotel that night and the staff did nothing to quiet the guests down so they were running up and down the halls all night.
