The car was not cleaned or washed yet when I picked it. We waited for the car to be cleaned and washed. The wait was okay, but the cleaning process was rushed and not very thorough. Car windows still had water. I could still see some dirty marks on the exterior.2.0 Poor

They need actual wash the cars right & not just rinse them down fast, no vacuuming in the inside. I found trash that was left behind from the people who rented it before I did & oil life was low didn’t even bother checking it.Avis

Unable to pick up car, they closed earlier than the time I choose online, 2 pm and I needed 5 pm. Talked to 5 agents and called 3 times before I got a refund. Bad start to my vacationBudget
