Plane

Train
Amtrak is the most popular train carrier serving Squamish, followed by VIA Rail Canada. The train journey from Squamish to Seattle takes 4h 00m and costs around £27 for a one-way ticket. When coming by train from Vancouver, expect to pay about £56 for a 7h 32m trip. The train station in Squamish is called Squamish North Garibaldi, and is located 5 km from the city centre.
Car
Another option to get to Squamish is to pick up a car hire from Vancouver, which is about 46 km from Squamish. You’ll find branches of Avis and Thrifty, among others, in Vancouver.
Bus
Several bus lines operate bus routes to Squamish, including Rider Express, BC Ferries Connector and Amtrak. From Abbotsford, the bus ride to Squamish takes 113 km and will cost you around £43. From Seattle, the ticket costs about £39 for a journey of 266 km.
